The National Naval Medical Center, Acquisition Mgmt. Dept., on behalf of the Lab Dept, intends to award a sole source procurement to Diagnostica Stago for variuos reagents. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate w/only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive bids. Award will be made using SAP.
