DENTAL INSTRUMENTS AND SUPPLIES (I) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for this action. Quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. (II) This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Submit written quotes on RFQ VA246-16-Q-1069. (III) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-87. (IV) Any amendments issued to this solicitation will ONLY be available on the FBO website (www.fbo.gov). (V) The Network Contracting Office 16-SAO Central intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for Dental Instruments and Supplies for the Alexandria VA Health Care System's activation of the new Lafayette Community Based Outpatient Clinic. (VI) The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339114 with a small business size standard of 750 employees. This procurement is a 100% Set-Aside for Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) and all eligible offerors may submit quotes. Interested Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB) must be listed and registered in Vetbiz.gov to be considered for Award. All offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov to be considered for an award of a federal contract.
