VACHS intents to enter into a consignment agreement with Zimmer Dental, Inc. Agreement will be from date of award to September 30, 2008, with four-one year renewal options. Zimmer Dental, Inc. is to provide tapered screw-vent and screw-vent implants in various sizes/quantities under consignment. It also includes delivery of applicable healing collars and surgical drills.
