The purpose of this sources sought/RFI is to gain knowledge of potential qualified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business and Veteran-Owned Small Businesses that are capable of providing and installing the following: G6 Infrared Laser Manufacturer: Iridex Corporation Model/Part Number: CYCLO-G6-SYSTEM Quantity: 1 Laser Safety Glasses 810 Manufacturer: Iridex Corporation Part Number: 10484 Quantity: 4 MicroPulse P3 Device Manufacturer: Iridex Corporation Part Number: 15522 Quantity: 1 G-Probe RFID box of 6 Manufacturer: Iridex Corporation Part Number: 15980 Quantity: 1 Contractors will also need to provide installation and implementation of the equipment as well as clinical and technical training for the Providence VA Medical Center Staff. The Contractor shall provide all tools and equipment necessary to properly and safely install the equipment listed above. This shall include, but is not limited, to all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) which may be required for the work to be completed in a safe manner. The Contractor shall provide any equipment necessary for proper infection control measures during installation. The items listed above will be utilized at the VA Medical Center located in Providence, RI. Responses to this sources sought will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review of the responses to this sources sought, a solicitation announcement may be published. Responses to this sources sought synopsis are not considered adequate responses for a solicitation announcement. Responses to this sources sought/RFI are due by 29 April 2019 at 9:00 am EST time.
