(v) The Europe Regional Contracting Office has a requirement to purchase cribriform atrial septal defect (ASD) occluder devices and a delivery system catheter. Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: CLIN 0001 Cribriform ASD Occluder Device, 25mm, AGA Medical Corporation P/N 9-ASD-MF-025 or equal; CLIN 0002 Cribriform ASD Occluder Device, 18mm, AGA Medical Corporation P/N 9-ASD-MF-018 or equal; CLIN 0003 Cribriform ASD Occluder Device, 30mm, AGA Medical Corporation P/N 9-ASD-MF-030 or equal; and CLIN 0004 Amplatzer Delivery System, AGA Medical Corporation P/N 9-ITV08F45/80 or equal. (vi) Salient characteristics of requirement: Occluder devices must be repositional after being deployed in the heart; i.e. able to be retracted back into the delivery system, repositioned, and redeployed.
