It is the intent of the Government to award an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Consignment contract for Cardiac Stents used in Interventional Cardiology at the DVA Medical Center, Hwy 6 West, Iowa City, IA 52246. The contract period shall be from April 1, 2007 or (date of award) through March 31, 2008 with the Government having the option to exercise four one year renewal periods through March 31, 2012. Ordering requests will be made by the COTR on an as-needed basis. Consignment shall include the following item: Drug Eluting Stents, Bare Metal Stents, Balloon Catheters, Guide Catheters, Guire Wire Catheters in various sizes.
