The Department Of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office, NCO 15, intends to release a commercial solicitation for Endoscopic vessel harvesting (EVH) Systems, 15ea, which include a dissector rod, harvester rod and trocar, for use when vessels/veins are required for cardiac bypass procedures at the Harry S.
