The Alexandria VA Health Care System Contracting Office intends to solicit and award a Purchase Order to Metro Medical Equipment & Supply Inc, for "Brand Name" Cirrus HD-OCT (Model 4000) Version 6.0.1 under authority of 41 USC 253(G)(1) Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements per FAR 6.302-1 The Contractor will provide "Brand Name" Cirrus HD-OCT (Model 4000) Version 6.01, with all licensed features, advanced RPE, EDI, GCA and Anterior Segment, Printer, Table, Training and Equipment Installation. The resulting purchase will be a Firm-Fixed Price Agreement. The designated North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 423450 with a small business size standard of 100 employees.
