DESCRIPTION: The NF/SG Veterans Healthcare System, Malcolm Randall VA Medical Center, 1601 SW Archer Road, Gainesville, FL 32608 intends to solicit on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.301-1 to Cambridge Systems, Inc., 14155 New Brook Drive, Suite 300, Chantilly, VA 20151-2288. The procurement of a Cirrus HD-OCT 4.0 Core is being conducted using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR part 12. The requirements for this solicitation are as follows: Core w/anterior segment, printer & table, two operator manuals, two service manuals, one year warranty on all products except lasers which have a two year warranty and installation training.
