The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Activity VISN 6 intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with GE Medical System. This proposed contract action is for the CISARK Project to include: Carescape Gateway High Speed Numerics Waveforms DIDCA's This procurement is in support of Charles George VA Medical Center Asheville, North Carolina. The VA intends to procure this requirement on a sole source basis in accordance with the statutory authority of 41 U.S.C. 253(c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
