The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 intends to award a sole source purchase order to Brainsway USA, Inc. for the Brainsway Deep Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (DTMS) System for use at the Hampton VA Medical Center, 100 Emancipation Drive, Hampton, VA 23667. Determination of this sole source procurement is in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) Soliciting from a single source. It is the Government s belief that the proposed candidate is the only provider of the Brainsway Deep Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (DTMS) System. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any business that believes it can provide Brainsway Deep Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (DTMS) System may give written notice to [email protected] by 4:45pm e.s.t. on August 29, 2017.
