NA This posting constitutes the United States Military Academy's notice of intent to award on a sole source basis a purchase order to Biolog, 3938 Trust Way, Hayward, CA. 94545, for providing an automated bacteria identification system (MicroStation System-n o computer) with specific databases. Biolog is the only source that can provide a system specific to the Academy's needs for teaching and use in the classroom environment at the Academy. Award amount is estimated to be $37,150. The statutory authority f or other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. The applicable NAICS code is 339111 and the size standard is 500. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. Interested parties may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform this effort in writing to the designated representative.
