Sources Sought Notification The VA San Francisco Health Care System (VASFHCS), San Francisco, California, is issuing a Sources Sought Notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support a requirement for a variety of surgical items (please see Attachment A for complete list of required items). VASFHCS is contemplating issuing an award for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 339112. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for quotes; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred If your organization has the potential capacity to provide the items requested, please provide the following information: 1) Organization name, address, email address, Website address, telephone number, size and type of ownership for the organization; 2) Tailored capacity statement addressing the particulars of this effort. If significant subcontracting or teaming is anticipated in order to deliver or the technical capability, 3) when responding you need to provide an authorized distributor memo from the manufacturer, the organizations should address the administrative and management structure of such arrangements. The Government will evaluate the market information to ascertain potential market capacity to provide the services consistent in the scope and scale with those described in this notice and otherwise anticipated in the delivery of the items.
