The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Puget Sound (FISCPS), in support of U.S. Naval Hospital Yokosuka, Japan is soliciting for an audiometric examination suite with factory installation supervision. The contractor shall provide a single wall control/double wall audio exam suite that has outside dimensions of 14’8” side x 8’0” deep x 8’7.5” high; control inside dimensions of 6’ 0” wide x 7’4” deep x 7’2” high; exam inside dimension of 6’4” wide x 6’0” deep x 6’6” high. Place of delivery is Travis Air Force Base in Travis, CA. The solicitation will be issued on or about 02 May 2005 with a closing date of 13 May 2005.
