The National Naval Medical Center, Acquisition Mgmt. Dept, Bethesda, MD on behalf of the Cardiac Cath Lab intends to award a sole source procurement to AGA Medical Corporation for Atrial Septal Occluders (various sizes) Award will be made using SAP. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate w/only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive bids. Award will be made using SAP.
