DeBakey VA Medical Center in Houston, Texas is performing market research to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification (service disabled veteran owned small business, veteran owned small business, hub zone, 8(a), small disadvantage business, woman-owned, small business, or large business) relative to NACIS 339113, Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing, Size Standard is 500 employees. Contractors shall have a full-time American Board Certified (ABC) or Board for Certification (BOC) Prosthesis on staff at their facility in good standing. The Contractor's facility shall be approved by the Facility Accreditation Program of the American Board for Certification in Orthotics and Prosthetics, Inc., the Accredited Facilities Program of the Board of Certification, or have successfully passed inspection by the VISN 16 Chief of Prosthetics.
