(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for AutoRefractor/Keratometer, BRAND NAME OR EQUAL, as prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. A firm-fixed price purchase order is anticipated. Simplified Acquisition Procedures IAW FAR 13 will be used.
(ii) The solicitation number is VA260-17-Q-0701 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).
(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95
(iv) This solicitation is set aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses and the associated NAICS 339115 code has a small business size standard of 1000.
