The Salisbury VA Medical Center currently has a procurement request for APC2 Argon Plasma Coagulators. This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. See attached Solicitation VA246-12-Q-1434 for list of items needed, and clauses and provisions pertaining to this procurement. The provision at FAR 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal applies to this requirement (Brand Name ERBE). Delivery and acceptance of deliverables will be FOB destination within 45 days of receipt of order to Salisbury VA Medical Center, 1601 Brenner Avenue, Salisbury, NC 28144. Submissions received in response to this notice shall be evaluated based on lowest price technically accepted.
