DeBakey Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Houston, Texas (I) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. (V) This combined solicitation/synopsis is for purchase of the following commercial services: Contractor shall furnish a a Stryker Prime Zoom Motorized Drive Stretcher for the Michael E. DeBakey Veterans Affairs Medical Center main campus located at 2002 Holcombe Blvd, Building 100. Houston, Texas 77030. (VI) Description of requirements is as follows: Contractor shall furnish Angiodynamic Corsair Catheters. This requirement is for the set-up of an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) agreement with a vendor to provide the Angiodynamic Specialized Corsair Catheters for the EP/Cath Lab at MEDVAMC.
