Synopsis: Network Contracting Office (NCO) 3 of the Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole source contract to Beckman Coulter, Inc 250 S Kraemer BLVD, Brea CA, 92821 under the authority of 41 U.S.C 253 (c) (1) - FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The proposed procurement is to provide and deliver Allegra X-5 Clinical Centrifuges to Brooklyn Campus, VA New York Harbor Healthcare System. This agreement will be a firm fixed price contract.
