This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The Iowa Army National Guard wishes to procure 2 (two) AirwayPLUS Lifecast Upper with AE manikins to support students/soldiers with practical training exercises in rescue operations. Due to existing equipment the equipment being purchased will be procured using a Brand Name Justification Memo (See Attached Document). This solicitation is issued under Request for Quote (RFQ) number W912LP-12-T-0049. All proposals shall be submitted by 8:00 a.m. local time on 26 September 2012. The anticipated award date is 27 September 2012.
