The Cooperative Studies Program Clinical Research Pharmacy Coordinating Center (CSPCRPCC) has a biorepository function currently using cryogenic tissue storage chambers. The VA's Million Veteran Program's (MVP) lead biorepository is located in Boston and needs an alternate storage site to maintain backup samples for the program. The CSPCRPCC has been selected as the backup site and needs to expand its storage capabilities. In addition to the freezers, installation and validation services are required. The specific brand/model is required to maintain compatibility with existing systems and interoperability with the primary MVP repository since all samples (~3 million) need to be tracked.)
