Salem Veteran Administration Medical Center - VISN 6 Salient Characteristics of Requirements for Mobile Procedure Lights 1. Lights must be on a steady mobile stand that has castors with integrated foot pedal brakes for easy release and foot print of the base of the stand must be no bigger than 26"x 33" inches due to space restrictions as to where they will be used. 2. The light intensity must be greater than 120,000 Lux. Light head diameter at least 65cm round. Light field diameter must be at least 30cm. 3. Must have LED lighting technology of ambient light with LED bulbs life span ranging from 30,000 to 40,000 hours. 4. Must be able to adjust the light and color by a keypad or built in controls system. 5. Light must be able to dim light seamlessly from 10% - 100%.
