The South Texas Veterans Health Care System, Audie L. Murphy Division has a requirement for stents. The Audie L. Murphy Hospital, San Antonio, Texas, intends to establish a sole source consignment agreement with Cook, Diagnostic and Interventional Products. Contract will be for base year with one twelve months option renewal. Cook to provide the following stents, Models Zilver 518 Biliary 5.0mm, 20mm, order number 281831, Zilver 518 Biliary 5.0mm, 30mm, order number 281832 and Zilver 518 Biliary 5.0mm, 40mm, order number 281833. This procurement is being conducted in conjunction with Federal Acquisition Regulation subpart 13.501 (a) (2)(I), test program, using simplified acquisition procedures and Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 339113. Size standard 500 employees. Interested persons may identify interest and ability to respond to this requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements must give written notification to the Contracting Officer within ten days from the date of publication of this synopsis. Determination based upon responses to this notice is within the discretion of the Government.
