The South Texas Veterans Health Care System (STVHCS) Audie L. Murphy Division has a requirement for coronary stents. The Audie L. Murphy VA Hospital, San Antonio, TX, proposes to award a sole source consignment contract with Johnson & Johnson Health Care/Cordis Division. Contract will be for base year and two one-year options for renewal. Johnson & Johnson Health Care/Cordis Division is to provide the following Precise Stents, part numbers, N520SB, N530SB, N620SB, N630SB, N720SB, N730SB, N840SB, N830SB, N840SB, N930SB, N940SB and Palmaz Genesis Stents part numbers, PG1240BAX, PG1250BAX, PG1260BAX, PG1270BAX, PG1540BAX, PG1550BAX, PG1560BAX, PG1570BAX, PG1840BAX, PG1850BAX, PG1860BAX, PG1870BAX, PG2440BAX, PG2450BAX, PG2460BAX, PG2470BAX. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation subpart 13.501(a)(2)(I), test program, using simplified acquisition procedures. Interested persons may identify interest and ability to respond to this requirement. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
