The VA Puget Sound Health Care System intends to negotiate a sole source commercial item consignment agreement with WL Gore for Vascular Grafts. Period of Performance will be one year from date of award with four options to extend. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation document is available and telephone request will not be honored.
