The Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Dornoch Medical Systems Inc. of Riverside MO to furnish and install a TP-SS100 Transposal Safety Station System for the Jesse Brown VAMC, Chicago IL. Purpose is to upgrade the existing equipment. This procurement is being conducted in accordance FAR 6.302 - only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. NAICS 339110. The System shall include but not be limited to the following capabilities: Empty, clean, and disinfect the 2800c reusable or 1800c disposable suction canisters. It shall be completely enclosed, include re-usable canisters, have the capability of processing up to two (2) canisters at one time and meet all OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Office within (ten) 10 calendar days from the date of publication of this synopsis. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail, to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements.
