SCOPE OF WORK AND GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS
for Karl Storz Clear vision Sinus Telescope
Background:
MEDVAMC in need of additional surgical instrumentation for Urology and Operating Room related procedures. The requested Karl Storz brand instrumentation is currently in use at MEDVAMC. The purpose of this purchase request is to increase the inventory of surgical instrumentation and equipment to support the growing surgical case volume. Karl Storz is the sole manufacturer that currently owns and operates consoles at the MEDVAMC. Karl Storz currently has a contract with the VA instruments GSA contract number: V797D-30255.
