DeBakey VA Medical Center, 2002 Holcombe Boulevard Houston, TX 77030 (VI) Description of requirements is as follows: Contractor shall furnish all materials, parts, equipment, tools, transportation, and supervision to provide, on time delivery at the Michael E DeBakey Medical Centre, Houston, Texas 77030. All equipment shall be brand new, Purchase Order Number will be provided upon award. The contract price shall be firm-fixed.
