The Southern Regional Contracting Office, Ft. Gordon, GA intends to issue a purhase order pursuant to the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(i) on a sole source basis to Jensen Industries, Inc. d/b/a Jensen Dental, for various 3M LAVA Frames and 3M LAVA Plus Frames. The required items are distributed soley by Jensen Dental and are compatible with a pre-existing 3M milling system and 3M scanning system that are currently in use at Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Fort Gordon, Georgia. Applicable NAICS is 339114. This action will be conducted IAW FAR 12 and 13. This notice is posted for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested firms must identify their interest and provide documentation demonstrating their capability (include detailed technical information and other technical literature) demonstrating the ability to meet the above requirements by e-mailing the Contracting Officer at [email protected] no later than 5:00 PM Central Time, 17 April 2014. Any information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.
