The intent of this notice is to establish sources to define the procurement strategy (e.g set-aside, sole source, unrestricted) for a solicitation that VA intends to post soon. Please provide details on the proposed EQUIVALENT products such as Manufacturer Name, Part Number, and Description. Equivalent products are required to interoperate with existing instrumentation and operating room supplies, if the Government determines that equivalent products are not compatible with existing instrumentation or not compatible with other operating room supplies, Brand Name only products shall be required.
