Solicitation N00421-16-T-0342 is issued as an intent to sole source. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with North Atlantic Industries, Inc. for the 64SDI VME-6U Synchro/Resolver-to-Digital Measurement Motherboard, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 13.106-1(b). North Atlantic Industries, Inc. is the OEM with no authorized distributors/Resellers. The 64SDI VME-6U Synchro/Resolver-to-Digital Mesurement Motherboard is the only part that meets the form, fit, and function requirements and interoperable with existing operation software packages.

Offerors must be registered in SAM.GOV database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.SAM.gov.

This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror's intial offer should represent the vendor's best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability.

***Basis for Award***
The Government intends to award this on a sole source basis. All interested parties MUST submit their capabilities and a quote no later than 10:00AM Eastern Standard Time on 06 June 2016. The Government will make a decision to consider other offers.

***Instructions to Offerors***

Offerors must complete the attached certification in Section K of this solicitation, 52.209-11, Representation by Corporations Regarding Delinquent Tax Liability or a Felony Conviction under any Federal Law. Please provide the completed certification with your offer.
