63RD STREET PUMP STATION REPLACE MENT Bids due 11:00 am, August 18, 2020 INVITATION TO BID ITB #20-27 Notice is hereby given that the City of Vancouver, Washington, will receive sealed bids up to the hour of 11:00 a.m., Pacific Local Time, August 18, 2020 and will publicly open and read aloud at that time on the same day in the Vancouver City Hall, 415 W 6th St, Vancouver, Washington, for the following: This contract provides for a complete and operating replacement pump station including approximately 100 linear feet of a 6-inch sanitary sewer force main and 100 linear feet of 8-inch gravity sewer main at the site of the existing 63rd Street Pump Station and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. Contractor shall furnish and install a complete and operating replacement pump station including approximately 100 linear feet of a 6-inch sanitary sewer force main and 100 linear feet of 8-inch gravity sewer main at the site of the existing 63rd Street Pump Station. Work to be performed includes construction of a new a duplex submersible pump station with epoxy-lined wet well and pre-sedim entation manhole, electrical building including SCADA, force main and gravity sewer main extensions and all appurte nances as shown on the plans and speci fied herein. Work also includes aban doning in place approximately 60 linear feet of existing 8-inch gravity sewer. The contract work shall be fully complete within 120 working days from the Notice to Proceed. There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid site visit on Tuesday, July 28, 2020 at 10:00 am. City staff will open the site, located at 6413 NE 63rd Street, Vancouver, WA 98661.
