NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Alertus Emergency Mass Notification System Veterans Health Affairs, Network Contracting Office 5, is issuing this Notice of Intent to Sole Source in order to identify any potential sources that have the resources and capabilities to provide an emergency mass notification system at the Martinsburg VA Medical Center, 510 Butler Avenue, Martinsburg, WV 25704. The government is contemplating a Base +4 option period Firm Fixed Price contract to satisfy this requirement and meet the needs of the Martinsburg VA Medical Center. BACKGROUND This mass notification software system allows us to get emergency messages out quickly and efficiently to our personnel. SCOPE The contractor will provide software, installation, updates, troubleshooting, disgnosis, and configuration for the mass emergency notification system.
