The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) has a requirement for the items listed below. (a) This is a combined synopsis/request for quotations (RFQ) for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a full and open competition. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a written RFQ will not be issued. (i) RFQ Number is RFQ03000232 (Rq # 03ETD6000). (ii) Terms and conditions current through FAC 2001-15. (ii) NAICS 334511. (iii) There is one (1) line item: Mobile video surveillance system, minimum 360 degree pan, 180 degree tilt, 24x zoom, stabilized color video at min 75 mph, weather-proof, mountable on vehicle roof, switches between color and b/w for light viewing, remote control or remote location control with RS-232 remote control, built-in LCD monitor (active matrix). Must be capable if reading a license plate from a minimum of 250 feet. A list of options and their prices shall be provided. Patrol Vision PTZ-1000 or Patrol CCTV or equal. (iv) Date of Delivery: Delivery is required no later than 30 days after receipt of order; Place of Delivery is the FLETC, Shipping and Receiving, 2400 Glynco Parkway, Brunswick, GA 31524. FOB: Destination (prices must include shipping costs). (v) Solicitation provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors—Commercial Items is hereby incorporated by reference. (vi) The Government will evaluate quotes to determine the most advantageous to the Government based on price and price related factors, and issue a purchase order on an-all-on none basis. Award may be made without discussions. (vii) FAR Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions—Commercial Items, is hereby incorporated by reference. (viii) Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders—Commercial Items, is hereby incorporated by reference. A completed copy should be provided with the RFQ.
