This is a synopsis for commercial items. The government intends to award a sole source requirement to ADT Federal Systems Division. Purchase Request Number FQCES132110100. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-14. Award will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, therefore the evaluation procedures at FAR 13.106-2 will be used. The contractor shall install a new Central Station Monitoring System, Mastermind System (MAS), integrated with the Securevision Video transmission system allowing the operator to monitor alarms and view assessment video from the alarmed site. The contractor shall connect existing Focus 200P panels or later directly to the server computer to integrate existing base wide alarms to the MAS system with minimum interruptions to alarm users. The NAICS Code is 561621; size standard $10.5M. A firm-fixed price award will be made to the responsible offeror submitting the quote that provides the best value to the Government. All responses will be considered, but must be submitted on the requirement included in this synopsis. To be eligible to receive an award resulting from this solicitation, contractor must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database, NO EXCEPTIONS.
