PRESOLICITATION NOTICE RFQ #36C77621Q0378 BROWNSBURG PACKAGE 79 POWER SUPPLY AND BATTERY BACKUP June 22, 2021 The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Indiana (VHI) in Brownsburg, IN needs a contract for the procurement of APC by Schneider Electric Power Supply and Battery Backup (brand name or equal) as part of the initial outfitting of the newly constructed Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) being constructed in Brownsburg, IN. This notice serves as the synopsis of the proposed contract action in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.204 and FAR 5.201. The solicitation will be issued as a brand name or equal Request for Quotes (RFQ) set-aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. The formal request for quotes (RFQ) will be posted to Contract Opportunities on/about Tuesday June 22, 2021 and quotes will be due on Thursday July 1, 2021 at 1:00 PM (Eastern).
