This is a synopsis of commercial items issued in accordance with FAR 5.203. The attached Request for Quotations (RFQ) constitutes the quotation document. No paper copies of the RFQ will be issued. The Television-Audio Support Activity proposes to procure the following items: Studio Lighting System, 17 each, Lowell Light Model Number 01-93; Studio Lighting System, 2 each, Sinar Bron, Inc.; Digital Lighting System, Astron Systems Model SO-2000-D with options; Digital Photography Lighting System, 1 each, North Light Products Model 040-421X2; and Digital Photography Lighting System, 1 each, North Light Products Model 040-422X3. Complete specifications/descriptions for these items are provided in detail in the attached RFQ. The brand named items have been identified as meeting or exceeding the Government's minimum requirements, but are not established as standards upon which other offered brand named items will be evaluated. The Government will consider all quotes received by the time established for the receipt of quotations. If the offeror proposes equipment as described in the RFQ (i.e., same manufacturer and part number(s)), the offeror need only make a statement to that effect in their quote. If the offeror is proposing other manufacturers or part numbers, the offeror shall identify the manufacturer and part number offered with their quotation response and include complete specification data for the offered alternate item. It is the offeror's responsibility to provide sufficient technical data to allow the Government to determine if the proposed substitution meets the Government's needs. Quotations are requested priced for FOB Destination. The Destination point(s) for the equipment requested are identified in the RFQ document. To be eligible to receive an award resulting from this quotation, contractor must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database, NO EXCEPTIONS.
