The contractor shall furnish all labor, material and equipment necessary to furnish and replace fluorescent lamps, compact lamps and HID lamps in all offices, cafeterias, corridors, shops, committee rooms, attic spaces, gargages, tunnel, subways, elevator shafts, utility rooms, telephone booths, etc., in the various locations/buildings located at the Architect of the Capitol, Washington, D.C. This is to be done without jeoparding existing occupant areas or missions. This solicitation is a Firm Fixed Price, Requirement(type) Contract. The Contract shall thoroughly clean all fixtures, housing, reflectors, lenses (Glass, acrylic, parabolic or other) prior to replacement of the lamps, replace burned out end sockets and ballact. The Contract shall remove and reinstall any sleeves, UV shield, wire guards or otherwise found, shatterproof protective shield for workshop, cafeteria and display cases.
