The requirement is being authorized by PR: 0022417753 and will be solicited as unrestricted using other than full and open competition. The acquisition is for a source controlled item. The only approved source on the drawing is Hamilton Sundstrand Corporation (73030), P/N: 11123-3 respectively and is in accordance with DWG: 7-211E10002, Rev. J, Dated 05/13/1991 PN: 7-211E10002-3. FOB Destination and Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. Delivery of 270 days will be requested. Configuration Control applies, and the contract awardee must be Export Control Certified. The NSN is coded as critical, however per SAP the requirement is not coded as a Critical Safety Item (CSI). This item is not identified as a Commercial off the Shelf item (COTS). Progress Payments clauses will not be included in the solicitation.
