This solicitation is for a three year Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) for the acquisition of the following: 6135-01-108-6057(Battery, nonrechrg.) not to exceed 36 months or $150,000.00, whichever occurs first. This solicitation will be available for the download on the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on or about May 15, 2014, however, **DIBBS Quotations are not acceptable for this solicitation.** Quotes must be submitted on hard copy of the RFQ and scanned and emailed to [email protected].
NOTE: Though this is a RFQ, the solicitation can only be found by searching the RFQ/IFB Database in DIBBS.
All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered.
The small business size standard is 500 employees.
The proposed contract is an unrestricted acquisition. All interested suppliers may submit an offer.
Specifications will be available through DIBBS. Proposed procurement contains a 0% option for increased quantities.
The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option year) shall not exceed 3 years.
This proposed procurement includes a family group of items within the Federal Supply Class 6135.
It is anticipated that award will be made via a delivery order to an existing basic ordering agreement.
While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
