This solicitation is for a multi-year Idefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) for the aquisition of the following:  6135-01-268-2151 (Battery, Nonrechargeable) not to exceed 48 months or $150,000.00, whichever comes first.  This solicitation will be available for download on the DLA Internet Bid Board system (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFQ on or about 10/17/13; however, --DIBBS quotation are not acceptable for this solicitation.**  Quotes must be submitted on hard copy of the rFQ and either faxed tot he attention of Emelie Deslauriers at 64-693-1603 or scanned and emailed to [email protected].  NOTE:  Though this is an RFQ, the solcitation can only be found by searching the RFQ Database in DIBBS.  All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered.  The proposed contract is being solicited as unrestricted.  The Small Business size standard is 1,000 employees.  The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government.  The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 4 years
