The subject requirement is for the acquisition of NSN 6135-01-214-64418.  An Indefinite Quantity Long Term Contract with a base period of three years and two option years is anticipated.  Multiple delivery orders may be written against the basic contract for a maximum of five years.  Solicitation will be issued as "Unrestricted with full and open competition." NACIS Code 335912, Business Size 1000 Solicitation will be issued using FAR Part 12 procedures.

 NSN is FOB Destination due the hazardous material with Inspection/Acceptance Origin due the technical requirements listed in the solicitation (SPE7LX19R0154). While price is a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.  All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered.

  Technical drawings/bid sets are available after the same issue date on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ then click the cFloders under the Technical Data tab.  Requests should include the RFP number, opening/closing date, NSN, purchase Request Number, buyer's name and your complete name and address.
