Solicitation for End Item: T-64 Engine, NSN 6130-00-613-5371, PR 0090347512, Vibrator with Part Number 10-126980.   This is an Unrestricted, firm fixed price definite quantity, other than full and open competition acquisition for 91 each.  This is a Critical Application Item; NAICS 335312. Potential source: Unison Industries LLC (CAGE 59501). FOB Origin, Inspection/Acceptance Destination. Delivery Schedule: 197 days ADO.  Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government.  The request is for a written proposal.  Please submit offers to email [email protected].  OFFERS MUST COMPLETE A COPY OF THE SOLICITATION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD.  ELECTRONIC OFFERS ARE ACCEPTABLE.  A copy of the solicitation will be available via DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS). 

The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.  The solicitation issue date is on or about July 21, 2022.  The closing date will be on or about August 19, 2022.  If an offer submitted to the solicitation is over $700,000, a Subcontracting Plan will be required with the offer.  If an offer submitted to the solicitation is over $2,000,000, Certified Cost and Pricing Data and a Substantial Plan will be required with the offer in order to receive an award.  Regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). SAM Registration is at HTTP://WWW.SAM.GOV.
