The City of San Antonio is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide custodial services along approximately 6.4 miles (3.2 miles on each side) of the San Antonio River Walk for the Center City Development & Operations Department (CCDO). Contractor shall provide all labor, material, and equipment to perform scope of custodial services which shall include but not be limited to sweeping sidewalks, stairwells, and footbridges, collecting litter and plant debris, disposing of trash in receptacles, replacing Contractor-furnished trash liners, and cleaning the interior and exterior finishes of outdoor elevators. Services will be performed in 2 shifts, 7 days per week, 52 weeks per year, including holidays.
