The action will be for M242 Gun Drive Motor, NSN: 6105-01-443-8388, P/N: 12524409, End Item: M242 25MM Automatic Gun. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

The contract type is anticipated to be a firm-fixed-price three-year requirements contract. The Government's yearly estimated requirements are as follows: FY2014: 43 ea, FY2015: 43 ea, and FY2016: 43 ea.
