A Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract is contemplated for all services necessary to carry out the engineering, procurement, supply, erection, and commissioning of the electrical equipment necessary for double circuit ACSR "Teal" Hilla South-Hashemiya 1 & 2 - 132kV OHL (33km) and Hashemiya-Shamiya 1 & 2 132kV OHL (85km) rebuild. The order of magnitude for this construction project is expected to be between $25,000,000.00 and $100,000,000.00. This basic requirement was previously solicited under W914NS-05-R-2077 and stated only for reference. Note - Any requirement solicited under W91GXY-06-R-0035 may vary and all potential offerors shall be responsible for handling this as a unique requirement.
