The Government plans to issue a request for written quote to Lynntech Industries LTD.using FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13 under the authority of USC 2304 (c)(1). The anticipated award date is 22 July 2004. This action is being processed on a Sole Source basis due to the fact that the Lynntech Industries LTD’s design is proprietary to Lynntech Industries LTD.
