This Solicitation is for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The contractor shall demolish and remove existing structures and obstacles as necessary and then construct a new 33/11Kv (2* 31.5MVA) in the Al Asiah substation in Thi Qar Governorate in accordance with Section C. The scope of work includes: all civil work and the procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning of all necessary equipment.
