The Government is seeking Boeing Company approved sources for the rechargeable CSEL battery, BB-2001A/U, NSN 6140-01-534-3856. As the system integrator for the AN-PRQ-7 CSEL radio, Boeing testing and approval is required for its batteries. The current known approved source is Bren-Tronics, Commack, NY (CAGE 51828). Technical data is not available from the Government. Any interested sources are required to submit the following information: a written certification of compliance from Boeing identifying the company as a qualified source of supply and the approved part number; the POC at Boeing that granted the certification, and date of last production.
